Accounts Executive – Full Set Accounts

Support the finance operations of a fast-growing e-commerce company with stable accounting exposure and room to grow.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

• Salary: RM3,000–RM5,000 per month, depending on experience and ability

• Location: Chew Jetty, 10300 George Town, Penang

• Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm

• Saturday, 10:00am–2:00pm, WFH

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Basic English reading and writing ability and confident cross-team communication

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, LCCI or a related field

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliation, claims or month-end closing is preferred

• Familiar with accounting software, Excel or Google Sheets and basic finance documentation

• Detail-oriented, organised, responsible and able to meet deadlines

• Able to work with different departments and handle confidential information professionally

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, payment records, receipts and claims

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and supplier or customer records

• Perform bank reconciliation, payment checking and finance documentation

• Support month-end closing, reports and account schedules

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records

• Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters

• Assist with audit, tax, SST or compliance documentation when required
