ACCOUNTS EXCUTIVE (FULL SET ACCOUNTS)

We are an established stainless steel manufacturing company seeking an experienced, responsible and independent Accounts Executive to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently, including AP, AR and General Ledger
• Prepare monthly management accounts, Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
• Perform monthly closing, bank reconciliation and journal entries
• Monitor customer collections, supplier payments and cash flow
• Handle inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and manufacturing costing
• Prepare and maintain SST and e-Invoice records, where applicable
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities
• Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting
• Assist management in financial analysis and cost control

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, including independent handling of full set accounts
• Experience in manufacturing accounting is preferred
• Familiar with SQL Accounting software
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting and tax requirements
• Able to work independently, accurately and meet deadlines
• Responsible, organised and possess good communication skills
