Accounts Executive - Full Set (AR AP GL)

• Manage full sets of accounts, including cash flow management, month-end closing and year-end audit preparation.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loans and hire purchase.
• Provide accounting advisory and analytical support to clients and assist with financial reporting requirements.
• Perform accurate accounting entries, data processing and ad-hoc invoicing using computerized accounting systems.
• Handle other ad-hoc accounting duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with relevant financial accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a meticulous and accurate approach to numerical work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities effectively.
• Proactive, open-minded and adaptable with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
