Accounts Executive
Accounting Firm / Corporate Service Provider
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Jurong East
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounts for clients, covering AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly accounting records and support month-end closing activities.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Support GST submissions, tax computations and related filings.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, documentation and proper filing.
• Ensure accounting activities comply with SFRS and IRAS requirements.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and relevant government authorities when required.
• Support senior team members with accounting matters and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate services or accounting firm environment.
• Familiar with full-set accounts, AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of GST, tax and SFRS requirements
