Accounts Executive (Full sets accounts)

Our client is a regional logistics group headquartered in Hong Kong, with an established presence across multiple Asian markets.

As part of their business growth, they are looking for a hands-on Accounts Executive who is comfortable managing the full spectrum of accounting activities and supporting the day-to-day finance operations.

This role would suit someone who enjoys having ownership of the accounting function and working closely with the business in a practical, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Handle monthly closing and maintain the General Ledger
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
• Prepare and submit GST returns
• Handle payroll processing, CPF matters and employee claims
• Support statutory accounting and regulatory filings
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules for annual external audit
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• Hands-on accounting experience with the ability to handle full-set accounts independently
• Practical experience in GST, payroll and CPF matters
• Comfortable working in an SME environment
• Hands-on, organised and able to manage multiple accounting responsibilities
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently while supporting the wider business
