Accounts Executive (Full Sets)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500
• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Working Location: Joo Koon (3 bus stops away)
• Performance bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate company accounts and ensure timely data entry.
• Manage petty cash reimbursements and replenishments.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Handle full sets of accounts up to management reporting.
• Process Accounts Payable, including POs, supplier invoice verification and payments.
• Reconcile customer invoices, billing records and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare AR ageing reports, month-end reports and closing schedules.
• Perform variance analysis for management reporting.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
• Prepare and submit GST returns and PIC claims.
• Support corporate income tax matters and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors and corporate secretarial service providers.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Experience with SAGE X3 accounting software is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, standard practices and local regulations.
