Accounts Executive ( Juru )

Job description:-

• Assist in daily operations, including documents processing & data entry and handle full set of accounts.
• Assist in full spectrum of accounting function which include reconciliations AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL generate report and follow up outstanding items based account.
• Coordinate monthly account closing including supporting schedule and related matters.
• Assist in the preparation of data interpretation of management report, financial analysis, budgets and forecast.
• Manage ad-hoc projects/ duties/ task as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Accounting.

• At least 2 years of working experience in related field, automotive industry background preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must have a good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizers, ability to prioritize workload and passion to deliver quality work.
• Detailed and analytical oriented.
