Accounts Executive – Logistics

Zyro Logistics is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, billing, payment tracking, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and transactions

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Maintain customer and vendor accounts

• Handle AWB and shipment-related billing

• Verify invoices, bills, and payment records

• Reconcile bank, customer, and vendor accounts

• Track outstanding payments and follow up when required

• Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory accounting

• Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with the operations team

• Prepare regular accounts and outstanding reports

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in logistics, courier, or freight forwarding is preferred

• Good knowledge of Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel

• Knowledge of GST and TDS

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Good understanding of billing and accounting processes
