Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Accounts Executive to support the Accounts Manager in day-to-day accounting while developing meaningful MIS and management reports for the leadership team.

Finance & Accounting

• Record accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
• Maintain cash book, bank book and journal entries.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

MIS & Management Reporting

• Prepare Daily Revenue Reports.
• Prepare Occupancy and Room Revenue Reports.
• Prepare Restaurant, Banquet and Bar Sales Reports.
• Prepare Daily Cash Position Reports.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly MIS.
• Prepare department-wise revenue and expense reports.
• Assist in Budget vs Actual analysis.
• Prepare management dashboards using Excel.
• Generate analytical reports to support business decisions.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Stores and other departments for timely data collection.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial and operational reports.
• Assist in improving financial systems and internal controls.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 36 years of experience in Accounts and MIS.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and GST.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Charts, Data Analysis).
• Ability to prepare professional MIS and management reports.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High integrity and ownership mindset.
• Comfortable relocating to Sonitpur, Assam.
