Accounts Executive (Payable)

Job Highlight

Responsibilities

• Review and approve accounts payable (AP) transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries, recharge invoices, and monthly financial statement reviews.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, audit schedules, and management reports while coordinating with HQ Accounting and Tax teams.
• Handle GST, withholding tax, and corporate tax compliance, including filings and liaison with auditors and tax agents.

Skills/Experience Required

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with an audit firm background.
• Experience in AP, month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
