Accounts Executive (Permanent / Fixed Term Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and updating accounting records and documentation (including trust and estate).
• Handle the full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Preparation of financial statement (including trust and estate).
• Responsible for client management and other administrative work such as filing.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree (ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or its equivalent) with at least 1 year post qualifying experiences.
• Well versed with latest accounting standards (IFRS & MFRS), corporate tax regulations, Withholding Tax, Double Taxation, International Auditing Standards and other accounting related standard.
• Have good common sense combined with the use of accurate and complete analysis of known information to make sound judgement in decision making.
• Achievement oriented, self-starter, independent and possess high degree of self-motivation, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with positive work attitude.
