Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly closing, financial reports, and timely submission to Management.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in budgeting, profit & loss forecasts, cash flow planning, and financial audits.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle Corporate Income Tax, GST & SST matters.
• Review draft audited financial statements and assist in financing and annual reviews.
• Support ISO documentation, Patent & Trademark matters.
• Review subordinate work (for Senior role).
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Accounts Executive

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in property development, construction, hotel, leisure, or entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Autocount, SQL, SAP, or equivalent.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.

Senior Accounts Executive

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and audit matters.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and review team members’ work.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is an added advantage.
