Accounts Executive / Senior Executive

About the role

Prepare and review full set of accounts, including consolidation and XBRL filing. Prepare and file GST returns, unaudited financial statements, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and cash flow statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Prepare tax computation, file ECI and Corporate Tax, and prepare payroll. Perform additional ad-hoc work as assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Able to prepare and review full set of accounts
• Familiar with consolidation and updated with the latest SFRS accounting standards
• XBRL Filing
• Prepare and file GST return
• Prepare and review unaudited financial statements, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and cash flow statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Prepare simple tax computation: file ECI and Corporate Tax
• Able to prepare payroll
• Performing additional ad-hoc work as assigned

About you

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in professional services firm
• Have a professional degree in accounting is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, Quickbooks and XERO accounting softwares
• Meticulous, Independent and Highly driven individual who is willing to learn and passionate about the job
• Team player, highly responsible individual and good working attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
