Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant

· To handle invoices, accounting data entry and collections including preparing Bank reconciliation.

· To be accountable for daily accounts recording.

· To handle account payables and account receivables.

· To maintain proper filing system and to ensure traceability of documents.

· To assist in the preparation of financial reports.

. To handle Form E and submission.

· Dealing with company secretary such as prepare resolution, incorporation and dealing with SSM.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and/or currently pursuing professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.

· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

· Knowledge of SQL Accounting will be added advantages.

· Good command of Microsoft Office™ tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Able and willing to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

· Excellent written and oral communications in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
