Accounts (Full Set)  & Operations Executive

• Salary Package: $2800 - $3200 basic + PB
• Company Industry: Technology and Logistics Solutions
• Work Location: Tuas Ave
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday: 1 half day on Sat every 6weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a full set of accounts by accurately recording daily financial transactions to ensure up-to-date bookkeeping
• Prepare simple financial reports
• Organize and file accounting documents to maintain proper financial records
• Take charge of warehouse and logistics operation, communicate with customer
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to track and ensure timely order deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support replenishment activities
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to manage data and reporting
• Apply knowledge of sales processes on various e-commerce platforms to enhance operational efficiency

Key Requirements:
