JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS HEAD

Reporting To: Senior Management / Management Team

Role Objective

The Accounts Head will be responsible for managing the complete finance and accounting function of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and effective control over financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial controls.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash/bank transactions.
• Supervise the Accounts team and allocate work effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
• Review outlet-wise sales, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
• Ensure proper accounting of all outlet and head-office transactions.
• Support management with MIS reports, financial analysis, and business insights.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing a finance/accounts team.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in F&B/QSR or multi-outlet business will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
