Accounts In-charge

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Incharge to oversee daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting activities

Maintain ledger, invoices, and financial records

Monitor receivables and payables

Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

Coordinate with auditors and banks

Manage GST, TDS, and tax-related activities

Monitor credit limits and outstanding payments

Prepare and process invoices accurately

Handle customer billing queries

Maintain billing records and documentation

Coordinate with accounts and sales teams

Follow up for pending payments

Ensure timely submission of bills

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
