Job Summary

Be Rolling Media, a creative media agency, is seeking an Accounts Intern to support their finance and operations team on a part-time, once-a-week basis. This internship is ideal for students or freshers with a commerce or finance background who want practical exposure to accounting tasks while managing their studies. The role involves assisting with financial records, managing invoices, and coordinating basic accounting requirements within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining financial records and performing accurate data entry. Manage accounts, invoices, and financial documentation. Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and expense sheets. Help reconcile accounts, track payments, and manage release of payments. Monitor and assist in managing day-to-day finances. Organize and update financial documents for easy access. Coordinate with the team on basic accounting requirements.

Requirements

• Commerce/Finance background (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel and Tally
• Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting tasks
• Candidates from nearby areas or willing to commute
