What they need
-Sort and organize supplier invoices and delivery orders
-File and maintain proper accounting and financial documentation
-Update and maintain cash sales reports
-Assist with payment preparation
-Check petty cash usage and ensure proper supporting documentation
-Download payment slips and send them to suppliers
-Assist the accounts team with other daily accounting and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
-Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship
-Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
-Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team
-Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage
