About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain practical experience in accounting, invoicing, payment tracking, and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the accounts team with daily accounting activities
• Assist in preparing and organizing invoices and receipts
• Maintain and update payment records
• Assist with accounts receivable and payable activities
• Support bank and payment reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Assist with tracking customer and vendor payments
• Prepare basic reports and payment summaries
• Assist with petty cash records and expense tracking
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices and payments
• Assist with VAT-related documentation and records
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Support the accounts team with other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Freshers are welcome to apply
