ACCOUNTS INTERN

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Maintain and organize accounting records, files, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Help reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Support the finance team during month-end closing and audit preparation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and able to work independently with guidance.
