Job Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 12, Karachi

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and quick-learning individual to join our Accounts & Administration team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Must be responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to adapt quickly and handle assigned tasks efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
• Must be a resident of Gulistan-e-Johar or nearby areas, preferably close to Block 12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting data entries in Odoo ERP.
• Assist with basic bank and account reconciliations.
• Support routine accounting and office administration activities.
• Handle bank visits for cash deposits, cheque deposits, and other banking transactions.
• Maintain financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Assist the Accounts team with day-to-day operational tasks.

Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience with Odoo is a plus but not mandatory.

Timing: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
6 Days a week (Friday Off)

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
