Accounts Junior 会计文员

Position 1: Accounts Junior / Senior

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (MPERS / MFRS).
• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management reports.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (SSM, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, SST where applicable).
• Perform variance analysis and highlight financial discrepancies.
• Support client portfolio in accounting-related matters, liaising with auditors, bankers, and company secretaries.
• For senior position: supervise juniors, review their work, and provide guidance/training.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance / Accountancy / Taxation or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Applicants must be willing to work in Segambut/Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
• Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, and accounting software such as Autocount, or SQL.
• Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.
• Team work with ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to speak fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (to serve Taiwan & Hong Kong clients).
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, analytical, self-motivated, organized and work independently with minimum supervision.
