Accounts Management Officer

The Accounts Management Officer is responsible for handling client accounts, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes managing client concerns, coordinating requirements, monitoring account performance, and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• With 5–7 years of account management or sales experience in Construction, Retail, FMCG, F&B and Real Estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts
• Handle client concerns and requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams for client support
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and account reports
• Conduct client meetings and follow-ups
• Monitor account performance and sales targets
• Identify opportunities for business growth
