Accounts Management Supervisor

About the role

This role involves monitoring accounts, processing payments, managing client communications, and coordinating with internal teams across reservations, documentation, and after-sales services in the real estate industry.

Key responsibilities

• Check and receive payments from buyers and agents, update the database, and endorse to accounting
• Prepare aging, collection, and projection reports weekly
• Contact defaulting buyers to follow up on payments and coordinate with sellers
• Prepare and send notices via email and courier
• Endorse accounts for cancellation and verify cleared payments with accounting
• Endorse fully paid accounts to the turnover team
• Prequalify new clients and pre-evaluate reservation documents
• Conduct employment verification via email or phone call
• Analyze buyers' requests, prepare recommendations based on policy, and endorse for management approval
• Process commission and incentive requests and transmit to accounting

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Real Estate industry, preferably with exposure in reservations, documentation, and after sales service
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, delegate duties and manage a team effectively
• Strong knowledge of the real estate sales process and documentation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for data analysis and report preparation
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
• Bachelor's Degree is required for this supervisor role
