Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The candidate will ensure accurate financial records and support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and collections.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate/construction.
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
