Job Title: Accounts Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £34,000.00 to £38,000.00 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Duties

• Manage the company's financial accounts and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and budgets.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with HMRC and accounting regulations.
• Support cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with year-end accounts and audits.
• Analyse financial performance and provide reports to senior management.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and financial stakeholders.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, or accounts management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
