Job Title: Accounts Manager – Courier & Logistics
Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi
Experience: 5–7 years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting, payroll and financial activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Process monthly salary/payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle billing, receivables, payables and collections.
• Prepare and maintain bank, ledger and account reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate collections.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Coordinate with branches, management and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce with 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, including payroll/salary processing. Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, reconciliation, billing and MIS. Courier/logistics or multi-branch experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
