Accounts Manager

Scope:

1. Driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
2. Retaining constant awareness of the company’s financial position & acting to prevent problems

Responsibilities:

1. Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
2. Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
3. Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
4. Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel
5. Oversee all audit and internal control operations
6. Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners
7. Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
8. Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
9. Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines

Work Experience & Skill:

1. Proven experience of finance or similar role
2. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
3. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
4. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
5. An analytical mind with a strategic ability
6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
7. Outstanding communication (English & Mandarin) and interpersonal abilities
8. BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field is a plus
9. CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
10. Meticulous, result oriented and able to work independently
11. Ability to accurately input data and maintain attention to detail
12. High level of self-dependence and self-organization as well as ability to use own initiative, prioritize and plan ahead
