What they need
Accounts Manager required for a well-established company based in the Northern Cape with;
- Grade 12
- National Certificate and Marketing
- Diploma in Business Management / Marketing / Sales Management
- 1 – 3 years related experience in Account Management / External Sales position
- Good understanding of processes and systems
- Relationship management
- Work collaboratively across teams
- Customer centric
- Support the management of customer accounts, ensuring service delivery and strong client relationships
- Coordinate internal teams (sales, service, procurement and logistics
- Maintain information on CRM systems
- Support the sales team with quotations, reporting and documentation.
- Upselling and cross selling within existing accounts
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports and track progress against sales targets
Pay: R20 000,00 - R28 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
