Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage the complete accounting and finance functions of our JCB dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, receivables, payables, and dealership accounting operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring cash flow, supporting management with financial insights, and ensuring timely statutory and financial compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the dealership.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash and bank transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, outstanding receivables, and payables.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.

Dealership Accounting

• Handle accounting activities related to new equipment sales, used equipment, spare parts, service, warranty, and other dealership operations.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely collection.
• Verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration departments for financial and accounting requirements.
• Monitor dealership expenses and ensure proper authorization and documentation.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities when required.
• Ensure accurate preparation and submission of statutory returns.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.

MIS & Management Reporting

• Prepare regular financial and management reports.
• Provide management with insights into revenue, expenses, profitability, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Analyze financial performance and identify discrepancies or areas requiring management attention.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise the Accounts team.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
• Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Train and guide team members on accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Establish and maintain effective accounting processes and controls.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
