Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager with a strong background in the Hospital/Healthcare Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing hospital accounts, payroll/salary processing, financial records, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations of the hospital.
• Handle hospital payroll and salary processing, including attendance, deductions, incentives, and salary-related calculations.
• Maintain and monitor books of accounts, ledgers, cash/bank transactions, and reconciliations.
• Manage hospital billing-related accounting and ensure proper recording of revenue and expenses.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances as applicable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, expense statements, and other management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Conduct regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
• Coordinate with HR, administration, billing, purchase, and other hospital departments for accounting-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
• Coordinate with CA/auditors and provide required financial data and documents.
• Monitor hospital expenses, vendor payments, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting activities.
• Handle any other finance and accounting responsibilities related to hospital operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Hospital/Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
• Candidates who have previously handled hospital accounts and payroll/salary processing will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete accounting function of a hospital.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working in a hospital, where they have independently handled accounting, salary/payroll, billing-related accounts, vendor payments, reconciliations, compliance, and other financial operations of the hospital.

Minimum Experience: 5+ Years | Hospital/Healthcare Industry Experience Mandatory
