What they need
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts team
- Manage key client relationships and escalations
- Drive new business and account growth
- Monitor pipeline, revenue, and team performance
- Improve sales processes and reporting
- Work closely with Recruitment, HR, Finance, Operations, and Management
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Client Relations, IT Staffing, or related fields
- 3+ years of team leadership/mentoring experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- IT staffing, recruitment, or B2B services experience is a strong advantage
