What they need
Accounts Manager
- Minimum 6+years hotel/resort accounts experience
- Mandatory hands-on IDS PMS knowledge
- Strong knowledge of:
- IDS Night Audit / Revenue Reports
- Room revenue reconciliation
- F&B / Banquet revenue reconciliation
- OTA reconciliation – MMT, Booking.com, etc.
- City Ledger / Guest Ledger
- Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Daily cash and bank reconciliation
- Purchase, Stores & Inventory control
- Food & Beverage costing
- Monthly P&L and MIS
- Budget vs. Actual analysis
- GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Tally/ERP and advanced Excel
- Should be able to identify discrepancies between IDS, POS, cash, bank and accounting books
- Should be capable of independently handling month-end closing and audit
- Must coordinate closely with Front Office, F&B, Purchase, Stores, HR and Management
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
