Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and review day-to-day accounting activities performed by the accounts team.
* Review ledgers, bank reconciliations, receivables and payables.
* Review GST, TDS and other statutory compliance workings.
* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, clients and internal teams.
* Monitor monthly closing and ensure timely finalisation of accounts.
* Prepare and review MIS and financial reports for management.
* Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
* Guide and supervise junior accounting staff.
* Ensure proper documentation and internal controls.
* Preparation and submission of Documents related to Notice / Assessment from government authority.

Requirements:

* Inter CA with 4-5 years of relevant experience 
* Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS,Ind-AS and statutory compliance.
* Good command of Tally prime and MS Excel.
* Strong review, analytical and team-management skills.
* Basic Knowledge of SAP software (If possible)
