Accounts Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts Manager to manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and budgets
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor cash flow and financial planning
• Prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reporting
• Manage payroll and staff financial records
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure proper documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in school or education sector accounting (preferred)
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance
