Accounts Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

· Managing and maintaining existing client accounts and ensuring healthy relationships are sustained.

· Managing payroll for existing employees and ensuring payments are made on time.

· Managing monthly invoicing and ensuring payments are received within the agreed timeframe.

· Cultivating and managing both immediate and long-term customer relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.

· Aligning with customers to achieve annual operating plans and operational targets.

· Supporting high-level plans, contractual commitments and joint business objectives.

· Liaising with teams across the organisation and influencing cross-functional teams.

· Developing and executing daily business plans, using a range of strategies to optimise profitability and minimise costs.

· Developing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

· Strategically developing relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the client base.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

· Experience in payroll, invoicing and payment monitoring.

· Ability to manage client accounts and achieve operational and financial targets.

· Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant CRM/accounting systems.

· A relevant qualification or experience

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
