Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities / KRA

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the school.
• Supervise school fees, collections, receivables and payment records.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor payments and expense processing.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle bank reconciliation, cash management and petty cash.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, PT and other statutory compliances, as applicable.
• Manage payroll coordination, salary sheets and statutory deductions.
• Verify invoices, bills, purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and cost control across departments/branches.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
• Supervise the Accounts Executive/Accountants and allocate daily work.
• Ensure proper accounting entries in Tally/ERP and maintain supporting documentation.
• Track outstanding fees and coordinate with the admissions/front-office team for follow-ups.
• Provide financial data and MIS reports to the Management/Director/Trustee.
• Ensure compliance with school financial policies and internal controls.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
