Job Summary:

**Clearsynth Labs Limited is seeking a Accounts Manager, to enhance its Finance Team in view of the exponential growth in its business and expansion of manufacturing facilities, new projects set-up, setting up of new International Subsidiaries, etc.**Compensation will be based on experience and its relevance to our organisation and will not be a constraint -- it will match the best in the industry.

We require candidates who will lead our Accounts functions and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulations, manage the general ledger, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and coordinate audits.

This role involves routine accounting across it parent and subsidiaries (domestic & International), finalisation and audit to drive business decisions. Ideal candidates will foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and compliance by overseeing all accounting operations.
• Maintain the general ledger with precise recording of financial transactions.
• Generate timely and accurate MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cost analysis reports for management review.
• Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures for greater efficiency.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, provide training, support performance reviews, and encourage professional development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements.
• Lead audit processes in collaboration with internal and external auditors.
• Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures for greater efficiency.
• Relationship management with bank.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*CA with 3-5 years’ experience;Semi Qualified (CA) Or CMA with 7-10 years’ experience orMBA or equivalent Masters degree &/Or*More than 5 years of relevant experience.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail accurate and timely reporting.
• Experience with working SAP B1 or similar level ERP.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• High integrity and commitment to ethics and confidentiality.

WORK SCHEDULE:

6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday is off, Other Saturdays are half days)
