Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the company's end-to-end accounting operations, including finalization of accounts, financial statements, and MIS reporting to management. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to provide accurate financial reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations, including ledgers, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and receivables.
• Handle month-end/year-end closing and finalization of accounts, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, outstanding reports, and financial analysis for management.
• Handle GST and UAE VAT return preparation and filing, along with TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Coordinate audits, tax consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Monitor customer collections, vendor payments, expenses, and cash flow.
• Payroll processing and basic HR and administrative activities.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and MIS preparation.
• Ability to independently finalize accounts and submit reports directly to management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic HR & Admin knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
