ACCOUNTS MANAGER

We are seeking a Mandarin speaking candidate who are responsible and detail-oriented to oversee the company’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling full set accounts and supervising daily accounting functions and accounts team members.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Accounting

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Ensure timely month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor and plan company cash flow and financial transactions.

Operations & Supervision

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the accounts department.
• Supervise and review AP & AR functions, including bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
• Ensure accounting entries follow proper double-entry principles and are accurately recorded in the SQL Accounting System.
• Review supporting documents and ensure accounting records are properly maintained.
• Check and verify commission calculations and related reports before submission and ensure the submission is on time, every 20th of the month.

Compliance & Coordination

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and company secretary.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist management with financial information and reports when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, LCCI/ partial ACCA or equivalent.
• Able to read, write & speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage , as need to liaise with supplier & customers.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full set accounts and financial reporting.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting Software and POS system is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
• Can communicate well and cooperate with other departments .
• Know Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
