Future Scaffolding & Aluminium Industries LLC is urgently looking for a highly experienced Accounts Manager with a strong background in MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES and hands-on experience in ODOO ERP.

IMPORTANT: Experience in manufacturing industries and practical knowledge of Odoo ERP are MANDATORY. Candidates without manufacturing industry experience or Odoo handling experience are requested NOT TO APPLY.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Handle cost accounting, product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing-related financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and cost-control procedures.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Handle Odoo ERP accounting functions, including entries, reporting, inventory integration, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and management to ensure accurate costing and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare the required financial documentation.
• Supervise the accounting team and improve financial processes and internal controls.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing industry is compulsory.
• Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP is compulsory.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and product costing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT, financial reporting, and accounting standards.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Previous UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
