Job summary

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, supervising the accounting team, monitoring financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and preparing timely financial reports to support management decision-making and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and resolve escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee customer accounts, financial transactions, invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Review and approve invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor account reconciliations, overdue payments, revenue, and expenses.
• Prepare and present periodic financial and account management reports to management.
• Monitor overall account performance and identify financial discrepancies or risks.
• Identify opportunities for customer retention, business growth, and increased revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BSC qualification
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
