Accounts Manager

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Handle supplier payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.

Manage accounting for hotel bookings, tours, transfers, excursions, airline bookings, and other tourism services.

Reconcile supplier invoices, customer invoices, vouchers, and booking records.

Monitor cash flow, prepare budgets, and manage financial forecasts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Track tour costs, sales revenue, profit margins, and operational expenses.

Manage VAT calculations, VAT returns, and compliance with applicable UAE tax regulations.

Coordinate with the sales, reservations, operations, and management teams to ensure accurate financial records.

Follow up on overdue payments and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and corporate clients.

Assist with annual audits, financial reviews, and internal controls.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the tourism or travel industry.

Tourism industry experience is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Experience handling hotel suppliers, tour operators, DMCs, travel agents, and corporate customer accounts.

Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic corporate tax requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems.

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple financial tasks.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with travel booking systems or tourism management software.

Knowledge of tourism pricing, supplier contracts, commissions, and tour package profitability.

Experience managing foreign currency transactions and international supplier payments.

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and financial accuracy.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
