Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, project accounting, cash flow management, and financial controls. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or EPC project-based industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, and finalization of accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, TCS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances and filings.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
• Oversee bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and inter-account reconciliations.
• Monitor project costing, job costing, material costs, overheads, and project profitability.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and reporting.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Finance and Accounting.
• 10–25 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or EPC/project accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong financial analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and team management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong hands-on accounting knowledge, the ability to manage finance independently, and experience coordinating with management, auditors, tax consultants, and project teams.
