Accounts Manager

1. Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
2. Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
3. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
4. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly accounts.
5. Monitor vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.
6. Manage budgeting, cash flow, and project expenses.
7. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
8. Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and financial reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Master's degree in Commerce.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
3. Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or project industry preferred.
4. Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation.
5. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
6. Experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
7. Strong analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
