Position Summary:

Desqoo is hiring a skilled Accounts manager to manage finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the manufacturing sector, with strong expertise in inventory management, Tally Prime, GST filing, Costing, and Statutory compliance. This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks using Tally Prime
• Oversee inventory management and track component utilization
• Prepare and file GST returns, including reconciliation and compliance
• Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable with timely follow-ups
• Document purchase, sales, and expense transactions
• Ensure timely and correct filing of statutory returns and compliance reports
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit preparations
• Monitor financial transactions for proper documentation and regulatory adherence

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or CMA/ACCA preferred
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and core accounting principles
• Strong knowledge of GST filing, return filing, and statutory compliance
• Experience in inventory and component cost management
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills
