Accounts Manager

Your role is to coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance and compiling documents for meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE FTA VAT regulations and Corporate Tax filing
• Proficiency in Tally ERP
• Experience in auditing and financial compliance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Maintain accurate accounting records and reconciliations
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Manage vendor accounts, supplier reconciliations, and accounts payable
• Maintain accurate accounting records and reconciliations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically excel, outlook, and word
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to effectively multitask, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
