Accounts Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for smooth functioning of finance and accounting functions of our single-campus CBSE school. This role acts as the bridge between front-end school operations and core accounting, ensuring seamless data flows from Shaurya Soft (Cloud9 School ERP) into Tally Prime and Zoho Books/Expense, while remaining fully aligned with CBSE financial mandates and Indian tax law.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), MBA Finance, or Inter-CA.

● Experience: 3 to 7 years of working inside an educational institute or K-12 school.

● Accounting Knowledge: Sound knowledge of preparing financial statements (final accounts).

● Location: Residing in Gurugram, nearby the school (within a 5 to 10 KM radius is most preferred).

● Remuneration: 7 to 8 LPA

● Tech Stack Mastery:

o Advanced Tally Prime (Voucher classes, cost centers, and financial statements).

o Zoho Ecosystem (Workflow rules, data entries, or expenses management).

o Shourya Soft / Cloud9 School ERP (Fee setup, student tracking, and inventory syncing).

● Excel: Expert level in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas for payroll calculation).

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
