The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to independently manage the organisation's finance and accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, banking coordination, and project-related commercial transactions.

This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals who have worked in consulting firms, project management organisations, management advisory firms, or other specialised professional services organisations and understand the financial and operational requirements of a growing, multi-project business.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management and project teams, ensuring financial discipline, timely compliance, accurate reporting, and efficient financial operations while supporting the organisation's growth.

  • Audit & Documentation: Coordinate internal and statutory audits, liaise with auditors and tax consultants, and maintain accurate physical and digital financial records.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, payroll accounting, and applicable statutory compliance.
